* Orders received after 12pm for service on the following day, or before 9am on the date requested for service, incur a $6 additional fee.

* Mileage fees are applied to orders in zip codes outside of the central service area. Mileage fees are displayed to the agent, at the time of ordering, before the order is submitted.
